Walk-through Inspections (no report) - $100 off the basic fee.

Mold Inspections:
up to 3000 sq. ft.  -  $450 (includes: full Inspection, report, follow-up meeting, lab analysis of air samples taken & 1 lift sample) additional samples and analysis - $80 per sample/analysis
each additional 1000 sq. ft. add $50
